Phil Payne

Chairman

As principal founder of Marketing Options, Phil has championed a strategic approach to building effective B2B Technology direct marketing programmes through the discipline of tying message to audience, and need to business goals. The continuing stimulation is to maintain this discipline across an ever-increasing landscape of media channels, delivered to clients on a global as well as regional scale, within a best-of-breed implementation service.

David Haward

CEO

David has worked in IT marketing for over 20 years, after completing his MBA at Cranfield School of Management. His goal for Marketing Options is to build a marketing agency full of talented and ambitious marketers, who deliver intelligent, considered and creative programmes to their customers designed to gain exceptional results. He is responsible for the strategic direction, growth and development of the business and holds to the long term vision of establishing Marketing Options as one of the first wholly owned, truly global B2B technology-focused marketing agencies.

Vanessa Cheal

Managing Director

Vanessa is a proven business and marketing professional with over 12 years experience working across EMEA and the US for major blue chip clients. As Managing Director her chief responsibilities include the day-to-day operation and management of the MOI business, as well as leading an international team of more than 30 talented account handlers and creative designers to deliver results-driven technology marketing solutions. Vanessa also takes an active role in strategic client services, business acquisition and post acquisition integration.

Barry Killick

Creative Director

Barry is a Graphic Design graduate of the London College of Printing. He began his career in a small agency designing bespoke direct mail and brochures, before moving into publishing for the BBC. Returning to agency design in 1984, Barry worked on a range of clients including BT, Lloyds Syndicates, Thorntons Chocolate and The London Clearing House. He joined us as Creative Director in 1997 and manages the creative output from the studio for all online and offline projects.

Andrea Allen

Business and Operations Director

Andrea is a global B2B IT marketer with over 14 years' integrated marketing experience. Andrea worked for several small integrated agencies after graduating from Leeds University and joined us in 2005. Andrea is a key business manager within MOI, responsible for the tools, processes and resources our team needs to deliver client projects intelligently, creatively, on brief, on time and on budget - ensuring every deliverable is true to the requirements and exceeds client expectations.

Tim Harding

Financial Controller

Tim has worked in Finance for over 20 years from small practise to large corporate companies. He has spent the last 13 years working as a Financial controller in the Travel & Leisure industry, most recently with SAGA Holidays. During this time Tim was involved in the implementation, leadership & transformations of finance functions and systems as well as overseeing commercial analysis and reporting. As part of his role at MOI, Tim directs the MOI finance team and ensures all accounting, reporting and control activities are carried out efficiently, effectively and in line with best practice.

Laura Nolan

Business Development Director

Since graduating from the University of Reading, Laura has worked agency-side supporting a wide range of B2B clients in both the financial and technology sectors. As Business Development Director, Laura directs and supports strategic planning and brand positioning at MOI, driving lead generation and business growth. Laura is continually developing her broad knowledge and understanding of the B2B technology space and is passionate about delivering highly effective campaigns with clear, measurable results.
