Our in-house team are fully equipped to assist you with every step of your pre-event planning. This includes venue search and contract negotiation, as well as sourcing and managing speakers, catering, AV, staging facilities and entertainment. We can also take care of the design and production of branded invitations, badges, merchandise, menu cards, table plans and signage.
On-site we take responsibility for welcoming and registering delegates, organising delegate packs, ensuring speakers and VIPs have everything they need and maintain overall control of the timing and schedule to ensure the event runs smoothly and efficiently. We also carry out risk assessments to ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
Post-event we provide complete follow-up services. For clients this includes same-day attendee reporting and full analysis of delegate feedback forms and questionnaires. For attendees, we can distribute delegate collateral, provide downloadable speaker presentations and handle any ongoing queries. We also email non-attendees to make sure their interest and details are captured for further follow-up.
